     Bruce and I want to thank-you for being our Real Estate Agent.  You did a very good job in helping us find our first home.  You put up with a lot of questions and were able to answer all of them and the time you took with us, always driving from Aurora to Broomfield to show us a house, just to find out that it was already under contract.  But you were very patient and did it.  I know we were not the easiest people to work with, but we were scared.  You made it very easy; always there to answer any questions, to show a home and when we finally did find the home of our dreams, you made it all go so smoothly. 

     At the signing or closing, I was so scared, but you were more than an Agent, you were a friend.  I recommend you to everyone I know.  I think you and Jerry are just great!  When you gave us our Housewarming Party, it was so nice and enjoyable, you provided everything!  The party turned out real good.  It was very nice. You went all out!  As always, you were your smiling, neat personality.  I’m making a book of our party, cards  pictures and etc…

     As I said before, you became more than just a Real Estate Agent, you became our friend and when or if we ever sell our home, you and Jerry will be the first to know about it.  I will not deal with anyone else!
